Activities and Quality
Our activities are the design, manufacturing and sales of stainless steels, duplex steels, high and low alloy steels, heat resistant steels, carbon steels, , high Mn steels, allowed white cast irons, Ni-Hard, spheroidial graphite irons and gray irons cast parts.
Koza Dokum increased the share of export to 60 % of annual production.
Koza Dokum provides technical assistance in material selection, design, pattern making, machining, heat treating and field service.

The Site
Koza foundry ‘s 10 760 sq. ft . ( 1000 m² ) facility is locate 40 000 sq. ft . ( 3700 m² ) of land in Gebze Kocaeli Turkey
The site well positioned in proximity to major transportation routes.( Trans European Motorway ) Sabiha Gökçen International Airports is 6 miles ( 10 kilometers ) a way. Hereke Seaport is 7,5 miles ( 12 kilometers ) a way.

“Was Foundry Master ” Vacuum Optical Emission Spectrometer
The contenst of alloying elements in molten steel are analyzed in less than a minute by our computer aided spectrometer and data is feedback to the melting department.

Heat Treating
Programmable ( With sensitive power regulators and temperature control units.) electrical heat treatment furnace capable of temperaures up to 2200 ºF ( 1232 °C ). Useful dimensions 1200x1200x1800 mm.
Air cooling using still air, forced air or spray cooling.
Water quench tank capacity of 1 650 gallons ( 7 500 liters ) with agitations.
Cleaning and Grinding
Facilities
Shot ballasting for surface treatment, useful dimension is 1 700 x1 100 x1 400 mm .
